Kaspa Community Video Contest — 20,000KAS Grand Prize

With the Rust rewrite around the corner, the Kaspium mobile wallet release, and plans for DAGKnight and smart contracts, Kaspa’s growth and interest have been exponential. Seems to be the perfect time to have an information YouTube Video Contest!

• Friday February 10th, 9:00AM EST

Voting Closes:

• Friday, February 10th, 9:00PM EST

Contest Winner Announcement:

• Saturday, February 11th EST

Grand Prize:

• 20,000KAS and a chance by Community Vote to have your video posted on https://www.youtube.com/@kaspaCurrency

Eligibility:

• Anyone can enter, even if you don’t have/hold Kaspa.
• Must have a reliable Discord account that can be used for submissions and contact.
• Video must be public and expected to be shared and used by the Kaspa community.

Criteria:

• The video must be on YouTube and submitted by YouTube link.
• Videos will be judged by the Kaspa community and must be informational and accurate.
• The video needs to be over 3 minutes long.
• Some example topics but not limited to: What is Kaspa? What sets Kaspa apart from other chains? Upcoming Rust rewrite, Mining and node operation, Kaspa developments.

Submission:

• A YouTube link to your video must be provided and posted on Discord in the #youtube-video-contest channel.

Voting:

• Kaspa Discord Community members will vote on the best videos they judge.
• Voting will open at the contest start and stay open to vote/change until Voting Closes.
• A separate vote will take place to decide whether we post the video on the Kaspa Currency Youtube.
